·         All sales are final

·         Returns will be accepted for product defect, decoration defect or wrong items received. Products cannot be returned if in perfect condition for sizing discrepancies due to manufacturer spec variance guidelines.

·         Defective products will be returned in the form of replacement items from the original order selection.

Refund Expectations

If you want to return any items from your order with The Tool Locker you must have a Return Authorization number generated. When you return an item, we generally offer a refund or store credit based upon the condition of the item, when the original order was placed, and how the item was purchased.
